          Mo Allendale – Perth CBD

Mo Allendale Perth CDB

Coffee Type: A Lovely, Large Cappuccino

Location: 77 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000

Coffee in one word or more: Fresh!!!

Atmosphere: This cafe is in such a funky little thoroughfare and you can’t help but notice these guys as you are cruising past because of the uber friendly vibes they are sending out into the world. You almost get magnetically drawn in. And when you do you will be happy you did. There is something about an underground cafe that makes it next level cool. And for those of you who know me you know how much I love watching the world go by. What better place to do that than an underground thoroughfare. To top it off these guys make a fantastic coffee and they have a cabinet full of sweet treats for every walk of life. I was very tempted by the vegan brownies which I won’t be able to resist next time.

Service: I can’t speak highly enough about these guys service. They make you feel like the most important person in the room (Well, definitely in the top three, most important people in the room). These guys were full of very infectious smiles. They were very patient and helpful in my choice of sweet treat and the coffee was nothing short of divine.

FullSizeRender 10The Leaky Tap Mosman Park

Coffee Type: A Large Energetic Cappuccino

Location: 43 Victoria St, Mosman Park WA 6012

Coffee in one word or more: Energetic!!!

Atmosphere: So, yes. I watched Australian Ninja Warrior and this is how I stumbled across this epic little cafe. That and I was telling a mate about my intentions to visit this place and he just looked at me like we had had this discussion before. Turns out we had, as this is the coffee store around the corner from his place that we were going to get a brew from on the weekend. So I guess we had had that conversation before…not sure I was 100% present though. Anywho, this place made me laugh as soon as I stepped inside. The leaky tap theme is strong here. And they possibly have the best and most OHS compliant coffee shop uniform I have ever seen. You can’t help but feel happy here.

Service: So So So very impressive. These guys made me smile from the time I stepped through the door. It is such a cosy and fun setting. On top of that the crew that work here are so engaging they make you feel like your part of the crew. These guys embody the essence of coffee experience for me. I would happily get a coffee here every day just for the experience associated with it.

Roast / Bean: Sorry I was so distracted by the coffee plumbing theme.

☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️  I really enjoy going here. The experience of awesomeness is one that is hard to put into words. You guys rock!!!

Coffee in one word or more: Welcome!!!

Atmosphere: This place is such a surprise. It is located a couple of hours outside of Perth in one of the prettiest parts of the country. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. You could almost call them enablers with how efficiently they can convince you that you should try something sweet from their immense range. Although for those that know me you know thats probably not much of a strain on their half. Did I mention they are an award winning bakery

Service: I can’t explain how much I like pooping in here. These guys keep us sain when we are in town. They are the best escape around with amazing coffee and treats. It is an adventure every time we go there.

Location: 747 Newcastle St Leederville WA 6007488 Beaufort Street, Highgate

Coffee in one word or more: Carnivally!!!

Atmosphere: So how did I stumble across this little sugary paradise??? Well I am glad you asked. I was looking for an epic donut (possibly more than one???) and I found it!!! And while I was deciding on what donut to consume there was a ray of light that shone right out of the heavens down on their coffee machine. They had coffee…and donuts…but coffee…they had coffee…well I can honestly let you know…I settled in for the long haul…sugar coma here I come. The crew that work here are really friendly, helpful and above all…they are donut enablers…and I think they take a little joy in waiting for the sugary crashes that inevitably come!!! 😉

Service: Like I said, they are enablers and I want to thank them for that!!! I want to thank them for showing me what I was truely capable of when it came to great coffee combined with donuts and followed by a sugar coma. This place is a must on the to do list. Muzz Buzz Drive Thru Coffee – Innaloo

Drive Thru Coffee is the best when you are on the go!!!

Muzz Buzz Drive Thru Coffee Innaloo

Coffee Type: A Grande Caramel Latte (It just sounds fancy)

Location: 46 Oswald St, Innaloo WA 6018, Australia

Coffee in one word or more: Friendliest Coffee Ever!!!l!!!

Atmosphere: I was initially hesitant about the quality of a drive thru coffee. However in a rush one day I decided to give this place a try. My only regret is that I did’t try this place earlier. They are amazing here. Every time I pull up at the window they remember my coffee order (which is a big thing for me) and they give me a little time oasis from the daily rush. The coffee is fantastic and the experience, even though I am sitting in my car, absolutely makes my day.

Service: The couple who run this place have nailed it in all respects. They work hard and are very hands on with the daily running of this place which I believe attributes to the success they deserve. The staff they hire are absolute gems. They are all friendly, can make a great coffee and most importantly they leave me smiling overtime I drive away. They go above and beyond here and they have a real sense of personalise. They remember what you spoke about with them with on previous visits and they show a genuine interest in how you are and how your day is looking or has been!!!

Roast / Bean: Muzz Buzz Coffee!!!

Cost: Standard Rims which is awesome considering the expedient nature of the coffee experience.!!!

Your success is directly attributed to yourselves and the amazing team you have setup behind you!!! You guys have created an amazing culture which makes the days of everyone who experiences it.

Betty Van Deluxe Coffee

Coffee in one word or more: Best coffee find ever!!!l!!!

Atmosphere: This is a funky and cool little idea. A coffee van that you can roam around in. I was up in Lancelin and was desperate for a good coffee. So a couple of mates and myself jumped in the car and drove easily 50km+ in search of a good coffee. We decided to try Cervantes and literally stumbled upon this little gem on the side of the road. So we immediately executed a U turn and found the best coffee on the street!!! And this deserves a tribute!!!

Atomic Cafe Claremont

Atomic Cafe Claremont Quater

Atomic Cafe Claremont

Coffee Type: A Fancy Schmancy Long Black

Location: The Sq Claremont Quarter St Quentin Ave, Claremont WA 6010

Coffee in one word: Nuclear

Atmosphere: This is my people watching and getting stuff done cafe. It is a relaxed place where you can just watch the world go by either in the quarter or outside on the street. The place has a funky vibe and is super comfy, in a very regal and fancy part of Perth. It also helps that they have heaps of sweet treats and some epic donuts. Coffee was epic as well, I have to admit I may have exceeded my daily coffee quota hanging around here.

Service: Friendly. Like bulk friendly. I was talked into a peanut butter and jam donut and I have to say its the best decision I made today. The guys and girls are very friendly and very efficient. The line here can get quite long and rushed, however the staff here are efficient and always remain friendly and engaging.

Roast / Bean: House blend I believe.

Cost: Standard rims.

Reward schemes: No sure??? 😉

☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️ Best people watching cafe in the vicinity of a shopping centre I have come across.

Brickfields Chippendale

Brickfields Chippendale

                 Brickfields Chippendale

Brickfields Chippendale

Coffee Type: A long black with one.

Location: 206 Cleveland Street, Chippendale.

Coffee in one word: Pleasant

Atmosphere: With a name like Brickfields and my notable obsession with lego, how could I not visit a cafe with a name like Brickfields. While the cafe has nothing to do with lego it is still an awesome little local secret. It is a bakery as well as a cafe so you can just imagine how amazing it smells when you step inside. They have an excellent layout which lets you see right into the bakery to whats going on, so your curious side can be appeased. You can even sit on the park benches outside the cafe and they will serve your coffee there, which I think is very unique and cool. On the wall when you walk in is a cool feature wall of tiles that they have incorporated into the design of the takeaway coffee cups which is a very unique technique.

Service: So they have one of the coolest serving techniques I have come across. I a a bit of a tech geek and as such love gadgets and the like. As soon as you walk in you are served by a friendly staff member with a iPad who takes your order and your money so you don’t have to line up at the counter. They are very friendly here and the staff combination make for a very funky vibe. This was the first time I had been to this cafe but thanks largely to the staff I will become more of a regular here.

Roast / Bean: In house blend.

Cost: Good price for the area.

Reward schemes: Nil

☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️ This will become one of my regular coffee haunts. Thats how much of an initial impression it had on me.
